Create Your Account
Download the ReScrape app and register with your email and password. Verify your email address through the OTP sent to your inbox. Select 'Seller' as your role during setup.

Post a Scrap Listing
Tap the '+' button on your dashboard to create a new scrap auction. Upload up to 5 photos of your material, select the category (Metal, Paper, Plastic, E-Waste, or Other), enter weight and floor price.

- Choose from 5 scrap categories
- Set weight (kg) and floor price (₹/kg)
- Pin your pickup location on Google Maps
- Add a description with purity/contamination details
Receive & Compare Bids
Local verified dealers within your geofence will discover your listing on the Explore map and place competitive per-unit bids. Monitor all incoming bids from your 'My Listings' dashboard with real-time status updates.
- View bid amounts and dealer profiles
- Track listing status: Active → Closed → Sold
- Get push notifications for new bids
Accept & Coordinate Pickup
Accept the best offer to close the auction. This unlocks direct in-app messaging with the winning dealer. Chat to finalize pickup timing, vehicle requirements, and payment method. Receive payment directly at the pickup point.

Explore Nearby Listings on Map
Open the Explore tab to see active scrap listings plotted on Google Maps. Adjust your search radius to focus on listings within your operational range. Filter by scrap type and weight.

Place Competitive Bids
