Terms of Conduct
Version 1.0 | Standard Operating Protocols for Marketplace Participants.
01. Acceptance of Protocols
By accessing the Rescrape Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these standard operating protocols. Rescrape provides the digital framework for authenticated material recovery. Any attempt to circumvent the platform's geofencing or bidding mechanisms will result in immediate network exclusion.
02. Material Integrity & Media Rights
Sellers are responsible for the veracity of their listings. Every listing must include a minimum of one high-fidelity profile image. You grant Rescrape a non-exclusive license to utilize these images for quality audit and marketplace transparency. Misrepresentation of material weight or contamination levels constitutes a breach of the trust protocol.
03. Bidding Sovereignty & Payouts
Bids placed within the geofenced marketplace are legally binding instruments. Dealers must ensure they have the logistical capacity to fulfill recovery within the designated window. Payouts are contingent upon weight verification by a certified Rescrape logistics node.
04. Corporate Vetting & Identity
Professional Dealer Nodes must maintain an active business license and required legal registration. Identity verification is mandatory for all nodes to ensure the security of financial settlements. Any failure to provide valid documentation upon audit will result in the suspension of all bidding and selling privileges.
05. The Transaction Ledger
Every interaction within the ecosystem (bids, weight verification, logistics scheduling, and final settlement) is recorded on a non-repudiable transaction ledger. This ledger serves as the definitive record for dispute resolution and environmental compliance reporting.
06. Account Sovereignty & Termination
You have the right to terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, Rescrape will archive your transaction history as required by environmental compliance laws, but will remove your personally identifiable information from the active marketplace directory as specified in our Privacy Policy.
